National Library Week

The National Library Week was April 13-17. The Allen Memorial Library hosted one event a day along with one trivia question on the Allen Memorial Library Facebook page. (A QR code is provided on the fliers.) Door prizes will be awarded to the champion of the trivia questions of the week.

According to the American Library Association (ALA) website, National Library Week was first started in 1958, sponsored by ALA and other libraries to raise awareness. According to Sam Stover, User Services Librarian, Allen Memorial Library is among public and academic collections to host National Library Week.
